1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register to join Dirty Dozen, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in casting via our database, or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information we collect may include the following:
• Name, Contacting Details and Addresses. These will be stored and will be shareable with production companies.
• Genetic details including Date of birth, gender, age, ethnicity, measurements, photographs etc. These will be stored and will be shareable with production companies.
• Right to work. These will be stored and will be shareable with production companies.
• DBS checks. These will be stored and will be shareable with production companies.
• Financial information, this will be stored but never shared with any third parties. While working for Dirty Dozen you will only ever be paid directly by Dirty Dozen.
• Username and passwords, these will be stored through a server and won’t be accessible to anyone other than yourself unless in the case of any account issues.
• Additional information / sensitive  information, this will be stored and only shareable with production companies if requested by yourself or agreed between yourself and Dirty Dozen. All photographs and information are displayed at your discretion.
All of this information will be stored securely on our web portal and server, all artistes are responsible for keeping their information up to date to allow for us to accurately share to production companies. If you want to remove any information or delete your profile entirely you can do so at any time. Dirty Dozen will hold a history of all data for up to 2 years after the deletion of a profile in case of production requirements or payment needs.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
All information given to Dirty Dozen by individuals will be stored securely in our web portal and through offline backups. We only process information given to us directly by PSAs and do not use any other sources to get information. You are within your rights to withdraw your information from us at any time, either by letting us know directly or by deleting your online profile.
We will use your personal data as agreed for the services provided by Dirty Dozen to you, this includes but is not limited to;
– Casting / recruitment
– Promotion including social media (to be agreed on a case by case use)
– Updating your/our records
– For auditing / business operations requirements.
– To share information as required with production companies, HMRC or any other regulatory bodies as we see fit.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal information is only shared to third parties when required for the purpose of casting, recruitment, auditing or other core business functions.
Dirty Dozen will primarily only share your details with production companies when approached for casting on projects, any additional or more sensitive information will only be shared with approval, and the details listed as confidential will never be shared.
We share information via traditional methods, primarily through our online web portal but could also use email, phone, whatsapp, post or other forms of communication.
If at any point you want to restrict or withdraw your information. Please contact us directly to do so. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any payment enquires or for production records.
