Whilst it’s important the identity of the majority remain undisclosed, the public faces of Dirty Dozen are Tom, Charlie and Matt.
Tom Allan
Director
A 1st Assistant Director in the UK Film & Television industry with over 20 years of on set experience in all genres, including high-end Period Drama, Sci Fi & Action Films, TV Comedy, Commercials and Music Videos. Since 2017 Tom has also enjoyed mentoring and lecturing at the National Film & Television School as a visiting tutor and as guest speaker at other various film schools.

Charlie Killick
Director
A 2nd Assistant Director with over 8 years of experience in the AD department. Charlie has worked across a broad mix of content including TVCs, Feature Films, Comedy, Drama & Kids TV, Stills and everything in between. Charlie thrives at being on set and takes great pride in every production he works on – from the smallest music video to the largest major motion picture.

Matt Janion
Director
A Crowd 2nd AD with 10+ years experience working on major TV & Film productions. Originally hailing from South Africa, he ran his own Crowd Agency, bringing extensive casting and managing expertise to the industry. Matt’s sharp eye for authentic crowd casting not only supports his highly respected reputation but endorses his innate dedication to personal detail of his subject.
